Product Quality & Customer Satisfaction
My goal is to have satisfied customers who will not only return, but will recommend my site to their friends and family members.
All fashion dolls are not the same size--even if they are the same height. I will identify the doll used as a fit model and suggest other dolls the ensemble or accessory will fit. I will only guarantee the fit on the dolls mentioned in my description.
Fabrics are pretreated to reduce fading and staining. All garments are lined or underlined with white or natural fabrics to reduce the possibility of marring the delicate skin surface or your dolls.
All floral arrangements and artwork are also my original designs and creations.
I am also constantly on the look out for designer supplies, diorama items and photography props which I may share with others by listing them for sale on this site.
Sales are considered final and returns and refunds are generally not given. However, if an item you purchase from me is not satisfactory, please contact me via email and we will try to reach a mutually satisfactory solution.
